Vehicles are nowadays highly complex systems in which many different components provide for driving comfort, safety and comfort in the car. Our patents for mechanism and electromechanic components of vehicle electronics and in the interior are highly functional and exactly adapted to their requirements as far as design is concerned. The small drive (MSD) has been developed to power adjustment elements in the interior. As a design from 0.1 to 50W with integrated electronics, it serves as a drive for many components.

The product developers use the production design elements of state-of-the-art CAD systems in order to develop established technically-scientific basic concepts, components and entire vehicles. The product layout in CATIA V5 is being supported by FEM calculation in ANSYS or by special software. Customers can either access product management systems, export data into different formats and transfer it to the planning system DELMIA.

Our cockpit and interior concepts have already been awarded by customers. Shell structures in body-in-white, however also spaceframe concepts including their detail construction and the transfer to the manufacturing department are only a few references of our company. Mixed designs have been researched and know-how about plastic components for car bodies has been gathered. A holistic way of thinking and the close collaboration with production process developers bring about optimum results.
