Production Process Development
Assessing established processes on the one hand means to keep optimizing processes, however, on the other hand, also allow drawing
conclusions about further production lines to be planned. The retrograde demand-orientated process assessment (RAP) allows to
systematically use experiences to continuously improve the further planning process. The progressive demand-orientated process
assessment (PAP) aims for a continuous optimization of already existing processes.
The use of highly efficient tools for the design and planning of production processes such as
DELMIA, MTM, methods of FMEA and mature calculation methods enable for a project processing on the highest level. The results
are significant, self-contained and feasible and can be taken over by the customer in electronic form. They seamlessly integrate
into more complex projects of digital planning.
Altered market conditions and the development of new markets in the automotive industry require both full-production runs,
limited-lot productions and individual production. Each of these ways of production requires its own methods in terms of planning
in order to design efficient production lines. We develop solutions for cycle times ranging from less than a minute up to 5 hours,
however also individual production lines. The wide range of methods and the experience of our employees allow for a conceptual and
detailed way of working in all these ways of production.
