Lecture of imk at the Aachen Symposium

How can both short and long term productivity gains achieved and the competitiveness of companies are secured effectively and efficiently? What tools and methods of management productivity are proven in practice?

These and other questions will be answered on 20 September 2012 on the 6th Aachen Symposium about "Labor organization of the future - growth through productivity management" from top speakers from various industries.

The speakers will present innovative solutions and examples with which they were able to realize significant productivity gains in their companies. It is addressed both aspects of process improvement and human resource management.

At 14.45 p.m. Dr. Wolfgang Leidholdt (Head of Strategic Development of imk) will give a lecture with the title "ema - editor for manual activities - a new tool for the planning process”.

The event is organized by the Institute of Industrial Science (IAW) of the RWTH Aachen and the German MTM Association and takes place at Super C (Service Center at RWTH Aachen), Templergraben 55, 52062 Aachen.
