imk participates in project advisory board ProfiSACHS

Innovations in product and technology are in permanent demand to reach top positions in the market with excellent products. The necessary qualification, availability and competence of the employees is an important factor for the companies. Therefore the Saxon joint initiatives of car suppliers, rail engineering, mechanical engineering and technical textiles started the pilot project "Professional joint initiative" ProfiSACHS.
ProfiSACHS will support Saxon companies with farsighted personnel management and derive customized projects for professional development. In parallel with the development of new technologies the joint initiatives create the necessary professional profiles. Thereto partners like universities, colleges, technical schools, educational institutions and other institutions are involved according to target group and selection of topics.
ProfiSACHS is sonsultative supported by an advisory board, consisting of branch representatives and regional decision makers. Imk automotive is represented by CEO Dr. Jens Trepte which acts as representative of the car suppliers.
